This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all ticket purchases made on the HMS India Tour 4.0 platform operated by Harshubh Tech Pvt. Ltd. ("HMS Group," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy.
This policy is published in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, specifically Rule 4(3), which requires e-commerce entities to display refund, return, exchange, and cancellation policies prominently.
Important: All ticket sales for HMS India Tour 4.0 events are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on tickets once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been processed.
Once a ticket has been purchased and payment has been successfully processed through our payment gateway (PayU India), the transaction is considered final and non-refundable. This strict no-refund policy applies in the following circumstances:
Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. Each ticket is issued to the named attendee as provided during booking. Name changes on tickets are not permitted after confirmation.
In the following exceptional circumstances, HMS Group may, at its sole discretion, consider issuing a full or partial refund:
If HMS Group cancels an event for any reason (other than force majeure), all ticket holders for that event will receive a full refund to their original payment method within 15 business days. Alternatively, ticket holders may choose to transfer their booking to another city or a rescheduled date.
If an event is rescheduled to a different date, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement. Refunds in such cases will be processed within 15 business days.
If a technical error results in a duplicate charge for the same booking, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7 business days upon verification. Please contact us with your transaction ID and booking reference for prompt resolution.
HMS Group shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations, including event cancellation or postponement, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure events). These include but are not limited to:
In force majeure situations, HMS Group will endeavour to reschedule the event and honour existing tickets. If rescheduling is not possible, HMS Group may, at its discretion, offer credit towards a future event or a partial refund.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days of receipt. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 15 business days from the date of approval.

We understand that plans may change. However, as event tickets involve perishable inventory (limited seats), we are unable to accommodate cancellations or offer refunds for attendee-initiated cancellations. We strongly recommend reviewing the event date, venue, and timing before completing your purchase.
HMS India Tour 4.0 events offer two ticket tiers: Event Pass at ₹444 + 18% GST and VIP Access at ₹994 + 18% GST. GST is charged at the prevailing rate (currently 18% under SAC 999692 for event management services). The total amount displayed at checkout (inclusive of GST) is the final amount payable.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
