By accessing our website or purchasing a ticket, you ("User," "Attendee," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

HMS India Tour 4.0 is a series of in-person educational seminars on Financial Astrology, conducted across multiple cities in India. Each event includes:

HMS India Tour 4.0 events offer two ticket tiers: Event Pass at ₹444 + 18% GST (₹524 total) and VIP Access at ₹994 + 18% GST (₹1,173 total). GST is charged at the prevailing rate under SAC 999692 for event management services.
Payments are processed securely through PayU India, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept payments via UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other methods supported by PayU. HMS Group does not store your payment card details or banking information.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email with your unique e-ticket containing a QR code. This QR code is required for event check-in. Please ensure the email address provided during booking is accurate.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details on exceptions and the refund process.

All content presented during HMS India Tour 4.0 events, including but not limited to presentations, slides, handouts, methodologies, techniques, branding, logos, and course materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of HMS Group and/or Harshubh Mahesh Shah.
Attendees are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the event materials for their own educational purposes only. Any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of event content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from HMS Group.
HMS Group and Harshubh Mahesh Shah are NOT registered with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) as investment advisors, research analysts, portfolio managers, or in any other capacity.

HMS Group reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
